The Bad and the Ugly
The world is uglier than I remember it and more so than it should be. Truly, I wonder if anyone else has noticed this. I am talking mostly about aesthetics instead of the ugly that describes feelings, emotions, and rude behavior.
When did things get this way? I cannot offer any starting date, and so ugly likely just crept into everything slowly enough that we never noticed. This is how some people approach going on a diet, and then one day we exclaim, “you have lost tons of weight!”
