Social Animals and Anti-Social People
Including INFJ'S and more
I have heard the proverb, “human beings are social animals” a million times. Okay, not that many but the number is very high. Like many things that are repeated, we suppose it is true and do not investigate the matter.
Something that is a cliche can appear to folks as wisdom that must have come from some infallible genius. I have always felt uneasy about the “social animals” doctrine. Like usual, I did not know why but felt some gut reaction to criticize it.
