Those ideas and assumptions that shape us are like a casserole. I agree it is strange, but the comparison works if you think about it.
At any given time, there are many sources that influence us. It is important to identify them. Next, we should think about where those influences come from, and if we want to change the messages we receive. Indeed, they can be changed. Listen below.
